This COGUA cannot regulate other sites linked to and from within this site and services.  The COGUA does not have control of all the information Google collects when you visit this site.  We do not collect email addresses, telephone numbers or street addresses for monetary gain or for commercial use.  We do not sell or rent email addresses.  If you choose to contact the COGUA by email using the email address listed for the COGUA office, then we could possibly have your information in the church's system.  The COGUA is not responsible if unauthorized access to information occurs.

Google's Analytics Software has been applied to this website by admin for data observance, such as the number of visitors and the date of the visitation, etc.. According to lifewire.com, Google Analytics is constantly evolving to collect and analyze more data, more effectively, but at the time of writing it looks at page views and visitor data, taking into consideration their location, time and date of visit, length of stay, their device type, operating system, and browser on that device. It can also look at demographics, such as user's age, gender, and interests, whether they're a mobile or desktop user, a returning or new visitor, and if they have been converted into a paying customer. All of this data can be accessed historically, and looked at in real-time, to see who is actively on the site at any one time.

Google Analytics also has limited scope for focusing its data tracking on individual visitors, but that is limited in scope and number, and Google says all data collected is anonymous. Analytics is also relatively ineffective at harvesting information from visitors who have disabled Cookies in their browser.

We do not pursue collecting personal information concerning children especially 13 years of age and under.  However, if you are a parent or guardian of a child who is 13 years of age or under who has knowledge of that child contacting the COGUA by email, and want that information deleted from the church's records, please contact the COGUA's office immediately. 

If you as a visitor decide to donate funds to the COGUA by donating in person by filling out a donation envelope, by postal mail or using this website to complete the transaction online then the COGUA would have your pertinent information stored in the records of the COGUA.
